On 11/5/13, at approximately 6:42 PM, officers responded to a report of shots fired at Fountain Lake Apartments. Upon their arrival, it was determined a possible victim had been transported to the hospital prior to officers arrival on-scene.

Moody to the use of a cell phone to facilitate the commission of an offense of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

On 11/4/13, detectives with the Benton Police Department Special Investigative Unit (SIU) in conjunction with the SWAT team executed a search warrant at Bailey’s Trailer Park on N. Summit Road. The warrant was in relation to a month long investigation of the delivery of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine) on a suspect, Joey Harrington (43 YOA).

On 10/28/13, officers with the Benton Police Department took a report of a possible rape involving a female victim. Detectives then took over the investigation and evidence indicated that a rape had taken place.

On 10/29/13, at approximately 7:49 PM, officers responded to a disturbance with a weapon call on Watts Road. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the victim in the case who advised a suspect had assaulted him and attempted to stab him with a knife.
