On 10/27/14, at approximately 12:12 AM, officers with the Benton Police Department took a report of a possible rape involving a female juvenile victim.  During the investigation, evidence indicated that a rape had taken place and that there was possibly another juvenile victim involved.

On 10/19/14, at approximately 11:52 PM, officers with the Benton Interstate Criminal Enforcement Program (BICEP) initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on westbound I-30. Contact was made with the driver and a passenger in the vehicle.
