On 11/4/14, at approximately 6:53 AM, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to a disturbance call at 1005 W. South Street. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the victim in the case who reported that she had been assaulted.  

On 10/28/14, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to an address on Burton Street in reference to a criminal trespassing call.  Upon arrival, they made contact with the victim who informed them a suspect had walked into their residence unannounced.  

On 11/3/14, at approximately 11:15 PM, officers with Benton Police Department responded to a disturbance with weapons call at 1513 Oak Street.
