BNPD officers responded to the 17,900 block of the North Service Road of I-30 just after 9:30 a.m. Thursday in reference to a pedestrian vs. vehicle fatality accident. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult female suffering from fatal injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. No identification is being released pending notification of next of kin.
The BNPD Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and assumed the investigation which remains ongoing. The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation.
