Capital Murder Suspect Held without Bond; Investigation Ongoing

With assistance from the Ouachita County Sheriff’s Office and Camden Police Department, Benton Police Department’s capital murder suspect, 37-year-old Termaine Anderson, was taken into custody Friday evening. He is now being held without bond at the Saline County Jail.

Anderson was wanted for the capital murder of Little Rock resident Ryan Montgomery, who was reported missing to Little Rock Police Department August 10.

Benton Police Department responded to the 100 block of Valley Street August 12 in reference to a deceased male being discovered. The victim’s identity was later confirmed as Montgomery.

Detectives with the Benton Police Department Criminal Investigations Division have worked diligently to pursue leads and the investigation remains ongoing.
