On 3/29/13, at approximately 4:50 PM, an officer with the Benton Police Department located a vehicle on I-30 that was possibly stolen out of Little Rock. Upon confirmation the vehicle was reported stolen, a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Contact was made with the suspect, later identified as Jeremy Holt (W/M, 36 YOA), who was subsequently placed under arrest.
Holt was charged with Theft by Receiving, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving while Drivers License is Suspended. Additionally, he was found to have active felony warrants out of two other police departments. He was transported to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office for processing without incident.
