On May 12th from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM officers from all across Saline County will be participating in Tip-A-Cop at Colton’s Steakhouse in Benton for Special Olympics Arkansas.

Officers will be paired with regular wait staff at Colton’s to take customers order and serve food and drinks.  Officers will be working for tips with 100% of the proceeds from the evening’s event going to Special Olympics Arkansas.

This is the fifth year for the Tip-A-Cop event to be hosted at Colton’s in Benton.  In addition to having fun watching officers wait tables, the Benton High School drum line, The Panther Pulse, will be there performing as guests arrive to dine.

This event is held in conjunction with the Arkansas Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics which is being held May 24-26 this year.  Torch Run T-shirts will be available for purchase at this event for $15 each while supplies last.
