| Benton Police Department Make More Arrests in Recent Burglary Incidents |

Officers with the Benton Police Department, with assistance from Little Rock Police Department, arrested Frank Otis (W/M, 43 YOA) for outstanding warrants.
Otis had warrants for Criminal Attempt to Commit Residential Burglary, Breaking and Entering, and had an Absconder warrant out of probation and parole. The charges stem from an incident that took place on 1/3/11 where officers responded to a burglary in progress call at 1616 Pinecroft Drive. The homeowner reported that he observed a vehicle backed up in his driveway and that a suspect was in his storage shed. Prior to officer’s arrival the suspect fled from the scene. Otis is currently incarcerated in the Saline County Detention Facility for these charges.
