On 12/16/10, at approximately 3:41 PM, officers responded to 4106 Faye Circle on report of a possible burglary in progress.  Upon arrival officers made contact with two individuals who were subsequently apprehended and arrested. 

    Daniel Moore (W/M, 33 YOA) and Susie Medlin (W/F, 32 YOA) were found in the area of 4106 Faye Circle and it was determined they had numerous stolen items in their possession. 

    Both subjects were transported to the Saline County Detention Facility for processing and charged with Residential Burglary and Theft of Property.  Anyone with any information relating to this incident is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department at 778-1171 or 315-TIPS.
