On Monday, December 13th, officers with the Benton Police Department responded  to the Bank of the Ozarks on Alcoa Road on report of a forgery.  Prior to arrival at the scene the suspect fled the bank in a silver/grey mini-van with out of state license plates. 

    The van was followed into the Little Rock area and the suspect remains at large at this time.  The suspect had stolen checks and a driver’s license that had been reported stolen in Little Rock on December 12th.
