The Benton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Joe Lee Richards Jr. (W/M, 39 YOA).   Mr. Richards Jr. was last seen on the night of 10/8/10 at his residence in Benton and has not been seen since.  He has not been in contact with family or friends, and has not shown up to his place of employment since 10/8.
