During the course of their investigation, detectives with the Benton Police Department determined there were two additional suspects related to the bank robbery that took place at Bank of the Ozarks on 5/15/14. The two suspects were identified as being Joycelyn Woods (23 YOA) and Cameron Arnold (29 YOA) of Pine Bluff. Evidence and information that was discovered by detectives led them to Woods and Arnold as being accomplices of the suspect caught yesterday, Keyontae Johnson.
Woods has already been arrested by detectives and is charged with Aggravated Robbery, Theft of Property, and Obstruction of a Governmental Operation. Arnold was apprehended by Little Rock Police and will face charges of Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property upon release from custody there.
This case involved many different agencies working diligently together towards a common goal of apprehending those responsible for this serious crime. Those agencies included; Pine Bluff Police, Little Rock Police, White Hall Police, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, and the FBI.

On 5/15/14, at approximately 12:37 PM, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to Bank of the Ozarks (1216 Hwy 35 N.) on report of a robbery. Upon their arrival it was determined a robbery had taken place and detectives responded to the scene.
Detectives started processing the scene for evidence and information gathered by them indicated the suspect in the robbery was Keyontae Johnson (18 YOA) of Pine Bluff. Information on Johnson was sent out to other agencies in Central Arkansas and he was apprehended by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 1:50 PM.
During the commission of the robbery, Johnson displayed a pistol towards a bank clerk and obtained an undisclosed amount of money. Johnson was seen leaving the bank in a grey Ford Taurus traveling towards Interstate 30.
Johnson is believed to be a suspect in another bank robbery in Little Rock and he was transferred from Jefferson County to the Little Rock Police Department. Benton Detectives are continuing the investigation and are filing an affidavit charging him with Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property in this case.
