Forged Prescription Leads to Arrest

    On 10/11/13, at approximately 6:34 PM, officers responded to Westside Pharmacy on report of a forged prescription.  While in-route to the call, officers were informed the suspect was still on scene.

    Upon their arrival, officers made contact with the suspect, identified as Chad Thompson (33 YOA), at the business.  After an investigation, Thompson was subsequently placed under arrest without incident.  

    Thompson is charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Forgey Device, Fraud to Obtain Prescription Medications, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and he had an active warrant out of another agency.  This is an on-going investigation and additional charges could be possible in the future.
