Parolee Arrested For Residential Burglary

BradGonzales    On 12/16/13, at approximately 9:30 AM, officers responded to E. Walnut Street on report of a suspect who just ran from an unoccupied home.  Upon their arrival officers located a suspect running from the home near the railroad tracks in the area.  
 
    Officers caught up to the suspect, later identified as Brad Gonzales (33 YOA), and spoke to him about the incident.  Through the course of their investigation and speaking to witnesses, it was determined that Gonzales was unlawfully in the home.
 
    Gonzales was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Saline County Detention Facility for processing.  He is charged with Criminal Trespassing and Residential Burglary. Gonzales is also an active parolee out of the Department of Community Corrections and had an active parole warrant at the time of his arrest.
