Suspect Sought for Kum & Go Armed Robbery

KumGoRobbery CollageOfficers with the Benton Police Department responded to the Kum & Go, 2202 Lincoln Road, at approximately 10 p.m. Thursday for a report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, employees said a white man entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanded money.

The suspect, about 6 foot tall and between 180 to 200 pounds, was wearing a black hoodie with a logo in the chest area, khaki pants, white shoes, and a white fabric hanging out of the left rear pocket. The suspect later fled in a 2012 to 2014 white Toyota Camry (L or LE model) heading toward Bryant on the I-30 south service road.

Detectives are diligently working leads in the case at this time. Anybody that might have observed anything suspicious near the store, or in the area of Lincoln Road, Military Road, or the I-30 south service road, or has information about this suspect or the vehicle is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division at 501-776-5947, 501-778-1171 or 501-315-TIPS.
